Health is a state of complete physical, mental and social well-being, and not merely the absence of disease or infirmity. ~World Health Organization, 1948
I used to think that wellness was measured by the amount of broccoli that I ate or the number of miles that I ran. I formalized my lifelong passions in fitness and nutrition and now use my skills honed as a teacher to help others along their own wellness journeys.
