What Is Wellness Coaching?

Wellness coaching is a partnership between a client and a coach.  The client comes to coaching with a goal or goals and is seeking assisstance in taking those goals from dreams into reality.  Wellness coaching helps provide accountability and perspective that can lead to lasting and comprehensive lifestyle changes.  The role of a coach is to educate, advocate, and inspire!


Wellness coaching can address any or all dimensions of wellness:

  • physical
  • mental
  • emtional
  • intellectual
  • spiritual
  • social
  • financial
