What Does Wellness Coaching Look Like?
You are in the driver's seat of your coaching experience. You set the agenda and the goals. I help you take your dreams into actions and lasting lifestyle change.
Your first session is a 30 minute complimentary one-on-one phone conversation where you share your goals and I explain how coaching can help you.
Once you sign up, you will receive a welcome package that includes an agreement form and an initial client assessment.
Each session will be done by phone and will last either 60 minutes (standard) or 75 minutes (power) at a time that works for both of us. Each conversation is designed to leave you feeling empowered, energized, and ready for action on the goals that you choose.
While working with me, you will also receive unlimited email support to help keep you motivated.
